The last few days have been kind of a blur.  I don't really know what has been happening to me.  Here, I'll tell the story, see if you can figure it out. 

So last week I caught the Instamatic Flu.  I was very itchy.  Miserable stuff.  AnyLoo, I think sometime while I was sick the bosses started to sneak a little something into my daily peanut butter snack.  I don't know what it was, but it made my head feel kind of fuzzy.  Little Bit says, "Lyle, your head is ALWAYS fuzzy."  I say, "Yes, I do have lovely fur, but it feels like I got some fur inside my head."  LB says this is probably true.

So next thing I know, I'm at the vet.  They are passing out drugs.  I say, "NO THANK YOU!!" as clearly as I can.  For some reason they think I am smiling.  Trust me, I was NOT smiling.  This I remember.  They hold me down.  I remember getting a shot of something.  Then it all gets fuzzy again. 

Now I'm home, and I think I'm almost over the flu.  I am not so itchy.  But now I am kind of sleepy and I have the munchies.  Mmmm...munchies.  What did they give me???  Don't they know I'm not that kind of Whigle?

Little Bit says, "Hey, Doofus.  You have allergies.  Remember?  They gave you a steroid shot to make you stop trying to scratch your eyes out."  I say, "STEROIDS???  Really?"  Hmmm....  So I check myself out in the mirror.  Steroids should make me really buff.  I have always wanted Buns of Steel. 

But then I think, steroids are pretty controversial.  It's possible that I might be disqualified from the MilkBone competition.  There might be an election scandal!  What's a Whigle to do??
