I just learned that there have been reports of bald eagle sightings here in Lexington.
I think maybe I need to make a confession.
It was me. It had to
have been me. It is obvious, really. The similarities are uncanny.
Just look at the evidence:
 | I have a lovely white head and a black body. Just like an eagle. |
| I am noble and beautiful. Again, like the eagle. |
| I like to chase rodents. Hel-lo! |
| I am a proud symbol of our great nation. |
So don't feel bad if you saw me and mistook me for a bald eagle. I don't mind. I just wanted to set the record straight, you know, clear up any misunderstandings. It's what I do. I'm Crock O'Lyle...expur-Gator.
