For Congress, that is. 

I'm the official Congressional candidate for the Whigle Party.  Not familiar with my party?  Let me tell you a little about us.  We represent the interests of dogs everywhere.  We stand for truth, justice, and CHICKEN.  Oh, and you don't have to be a Whigle to be a member of the Whigle party.  It is open to all dogs.  But ♫it's my party and I'll name it if I want to, name it if I want to.  You would cry too if you didn't know Loo!!♫

My campaign manager (that's Little Bit) tells me I need a platform on which to run.  I said, "but I like to run outside."  She just rolls her eyes at me.  I get that a lot.  At least there are good shoes.

¶I promise to try to make life better for dogs everywhere.

¶I promise to install dogs in positions of power.  (Today, Congress, tomorrow, the WORLD!!  Ha!  Ha!!  Ha!!!)

¶I will not mark in the Oval office.  (until it's my office!!  Bwah-ha-ha!!!)

¶I will bark at the senate only if they are being dumb.  Or making bird noises.
